The Bausen range of solid hardwood flooring offers a wide range of species to tailor make any interior design.  Supplied tongued and grooved with ends matched and 5* layers if UV cured lacquer or UV oil based finish to create a closed pore sealed surface, added strength, stability and resistance to moisture.  All boards have a micro bevel profile giving complete floors a consistent joint detail.

Bausen Quality Solid & Engineered Wood Floors - Bona Maintenance Guide

Whatever treatment a wooden floor has received it will inevitably require some degree of maintenance.  The form that this will take will be affected by many factor such as type of finish, level of trafficking, climatic conditions and positioning of doorways and entrances.  It is important to note the considerable differencies between maintaining a floor treated with oil and one treated with a polyurethane lacquer.  Recommendations for each are described in this brochure.
